Profile: Naspure Water Technology provides river, lake and ground water treatment systems. We offer process engineering design, installation supervision and commissioning services. We offer river treatment technology using conventional methods such as coagulation, flocculation, clarification, sand filtration and disinfection. Aluminum sulfate known as alum and coagulant aid (polymer) are added into the raw water to form floc that can settle well in the clarifier. The clarified water is polished through sand filter and then chlorine is added for disinfection. Our UF water treatment package plant is designed to produce drinking water. It utilizes hollow fiber ultra filtration modules with molecular weight cutoff of 50K Daltons designed to remove contaminants from surface and well water sources. Some of these contaminants are turbidity, bacteria, viruses, iron & manganese, natural organic matter and arsenic. The hollow fiber membrane can handle high turbidity up to 200 NTU without compromising plant production quality. The unit comes with self cleaning filter ahead of the membranes.
