The Formax 2000 design combines zero-clearance heading slide guiding, offline setup and advanced computer controls into a forming system that delivers close-toleranced parts to net or near net shape. Its zero clearance transfer system moves blanks across the dies. With the zero clearance heading slide guidance systems, Formax 2000 precisely aligns punches to dies. Bearing headers are dedicated machines for the bearing industry. These rugged headers form ball, tapered or cylindrical rollers at extremely high speeds to industry standards with exceptional quality. Many easy-to-use quick-change features within the reach of the operator, allow for increased production time. Precision tolerances are maintained throughout high-volume production runs using ball bearing steels. Microformers, 245 forming centers, and FXC8, are a combination of standard automated cold formers & Formax technology. They feature computerized controls, preset computer-controlled kick & feed, expanded length range without replacing parts as well as many other innovations to increase productivity. For maximum flexibility, one machine can have three different transfer systems that are quick and easy to change. Since these formers produce short to long work with different transfers, they reduce the need for several different formers normally required to handle a wide variety of part shapes. Impaxe is a high speed cutting technology to cutoff blanks. The machine utilizes a hydraulic driven impact ram that is rapidly accelerated by patented valve technology. The kinetic energy from the impact ram is transferred through the bar resulting in a straight precise cut.
