Nd: Yag Laser Welding System
Description: Laserman LM700, 500, a high precision ND:YAG laser welding system has minimum shot diameter 0.1 mm. Its ergonomically designed body for operator convenience results in longer stress-free hours at the machine. It is provided with horizontally opening side shutters for increased convenience and less chance of pieces failing into machine. It allows adjustments from inside and outside the working chamber. It is featured with built-in modem for transfer of parameters to any computer; graphic display with all working parameters; and fast setting and change of working parameters through mobile console with encoder. It is featured with high-quality stereoscopic microscope with UV ray and laser radiation protection (for the eyes). Other standard features of the system includes the following: possibility of using inert argon gas through two adjustable nozzles; air nozzle for cooling pieces in the working chamber; can also be used for repair of damaged or worn setting without removing the stones, molten pieces and surface defects, heat-sensitive pieces; and connection of different metals - welding of special chains.
