Description: Needle rollers and cylindrical rollers are manufactured as high precision units confirming to DIN 5402 suitable for various applications like needle bearings, cylindrical bearings, water pump bearings, starter drive assembly, wiper motors, miniature motors, UJ cross, gear box, roller clutches (clutch release fork), door hinges, seat recliners and as pin and shaft for various applications. Standard range includes needle rollers of dimensions starting from diameter of 0.9 to 12 mm, length - 3 mm to 100 mm, and type as round ends (BR), flat ends (BP) and flat and machined ends (BPM). In addition to the above rollers contour profiles are also provided on request. Standard specifications: standards followed - IS 4217/DIN 5402/ISO 3096; grade - G2, G3 (not included in DIN 5402) and G5; material - SAE 52100 or as per customer specification; open diameter tolerance - 0-6 microns; length tolerance - h13; hardness - 58-64 HRC; and surface roughness - Ra < 0.2 mm. In addition to above needle rollers with special tolerance limits (close, sorted etc.) or any other special technical specifications (special profiles, hardness as low as 45 HRC, etc) are also available.
