Needle Valves are used to provide fine control of flow and are generally restricted to smaller plugs as flow control element that fits accurately into the body seat & threads on the stem spindle, are made of fine pitch to obtain lose regulation of flow. NMI valves are mainly square body designed to prevent leakage from the body and bonnet joint. The gland packing used is of PTFE. Needle valves are made from SS 304, SS 316, carbon steel and gunmetal. These needles can hold up to 1000 PSI, 3000 PSI and 5000 PSI as per the requirement of the user. Valves above 5000 PSI rating as per requirement can be manufactured.
