Needled Belts have elastic surface comprising a conventional base layer, an elastic base layer and at least two batt layers needled into both base layers. These belts are used to construct the elastic layer and installed in split separator machines. Split separator machines are used for separating open mouth pistachios from closed mouth pistachios, which have big rotating pipes on which some special needled belts are installed.
