Profile: Newby Investment Castings Ltd. is a lost wax investment casting foundry. We are a facilitator of precision casting products. We serve various industries including automotive, petrochemical, medical, weapons systems, food processing, aerospace, marine and valve manufacturing sector. Our services are listed as product design & development, CAD, rapid prototyping, production batches, finishing and reproduction. In case of prototyping works we involve SLA model patterns, thermojet patterns, PMMA patterns and silicone rubber/resin dies. Our finishing works comprises of shot blasting, glass bead, painting, polishing, anodizing and powder coating work. We carry out a range of lost wax investment casting process. In our wax injection process, a precision made aluminium die is injected with molten wax. This die incorporates contraction allowances for both the wax and metal. Pattern removal, pattern assembly, ceramic investment, de-waxing, mould sintering, metal pouring and ceramic removal are the next stage processes in lost wax investment casting process we indertake.
