Profile: Nichidai America Corp is a manufacturer of precision forging dies. We are also involved in manufacturing components like VG turbo charger parts for diesel engines, and scroll compressor parts. Our component business division develops, produces and sells precision forging products such as scroll compressor parts. Our die design department uses the 2D & 3D forging as well as die analysis system. The 3D system performs the 3D simulation of the load and deformation behavior of nonaxisymmetric products, such as bevel gears, spiders and clutch gears.
