Description: Non-asbestos gland packing in different grades/materials of yarn, offers a wide range of gland packings. Flojet-TG is 100% GFO pre-printed gland packing, which is made from a single molecular PTFE/graphite solid yarn manufactured in a technique with optimal density and finely adjusted braiding in relation to each cross-section. Braided compression packing made from 100% Gore GFO fibre offers proven consistent high performance for a wide range of applications and uses, including shafts on high-speed pumps, mixers and agitators. Key features and benefits are minimum shaft damage, as graphite is a very low frictional material, excellent thermal conductivity, self-lubricating and capability to withstand shaft speeds of @ 21.8 mtr/sec (@ 4300 ft/min) in many applications. It has dimensional and chemical stability up to a wide range of pH from 0 to 14 and temperature up to -250°C to +280°C and can withstand pressures up to 3625 PSI.
