Profile: Norfolk Iron & Metal offers a full line of carbon steel that meets & exceeds ISO and ASTM standards. We are an ISO 9002 certified company. We carry 10- to 20-foot high stacks of beams, tubing, squares, bar product, structural steel, sheet, and plates. We offer two computer-controlled lasers for clean cuts to exacting specifications. The Amada laser capable of cutting 24 gauge steel up to three-quarters of an inch thickness and the Tanaka laser features a 10- by 50-foot table & the ability to cut 20-gauge steel up to one-and-a-quarter inches thick. Our Accurshear shear cutter features hydraulic swing-beam design utilizing a low, fixed rake angle which guarantees possible cut with the least camber, twist and bow. Each piece is cut to exacting specifications.
