Profile: Novtek Test Systems develops NVM test equipment for production wafer sort, engineering characterization, and QA/reliability requirements. We have designed and manufactured the first flash memory endurance cycling system. Our custom wafer sort solutions have rapidly developed into a standard product line that is now used in production by several flash manufacturers. We specialize in the development of test solutions for non-volatile memory devices.
