Our automatic control valve models F200 and F2200 are single chamber basic valves that incorporate e-pies and diaphragm assembly. This assembly is the only moving part within the valve allowing it to open, close, or modulate as commanded by the pilot control system. Our ball valve is a quarter-turn, straight through flow valve that has a round closure element with matching rounded seats that permit uniform sealing stress. This type of valves is used in situations where tight shut-off is required. The type of seat can vary with the valve pressure rating and materials of construction. They are available in a variety of body styles, including one-piece, two-piece, three-piece and flanged body construction. Our gate valves are linear motion valves in which a flat closure element slides into the flow stream to provide shut-off. They are designed to minimize pressure drop across the valve in the fully opened position and stop the flow of fluid completely when fully closed, and relatively free from contamination buildup.
