Description: O-Ring free, ultra high-purity fluoropolymer check valve is used to maximize flow and reduce pressure drop. The valves have medium valve body featuring a choice of ½ and _ inch fine thread flare end connections. These valves are made in accordance to SEMI F57-0301 standard. The design of the valve includes a tongue-and-groove shell seal that provides leak-tight integrity during thermal cycling and high-pressure applications. The contoured poppet shape reduces turbulence and minimizes pressure drop while the open-cage design of the retainer ensures poppet alignment and eliminates no-flow areas.
