AeroMate™ 2X valve controller is an electronic controller for low pressure and pneumatic control. It includes two, dual-port, latching solenoid valves, dual 3/4 NPT female gas in and individual gas out ports, an external power jack receptacle, a universal 2 inches pipe or motor valve mount & rear panel gasket. The two pneumatic solenoid valves are operated independently or in synchronization. Each pneumatic solenoid valve is rated for supply gas pressures up to 100 psi. The primary control valve is controlled through the use of cycle timers. Each cycle timer begins with a valve control action. Three cycle timers are provided in the standard valve configuration. vTagNet technology allows configuration of valve event and action tags for flexible internal control & collaboration with other wireless sensors and controls. Data monitoring and event logging provide all the ingredients for integration into remote access & control systems. Our PumpMate™ multi-function well head controller is equipped for a wide range of uses, whether the application is for a basic, reliable well intermitter or a full feature, automated well control system. Standard equipment includes four sensor inputs that provide dual function sensing for switch gauge control or direct sensor readout and control. Single or dual pneumatic valve or electrical relay output control completes a hardware suite to meet well head or production control requirements.
