Profile: Ocean Thin Films designs & produces precision optical coatings, components and assemblies. Our products are used in biophotonics, lighting, display, defense, aerospace, sensing & imaging, and numerous other commercial markets. Our optical coatings include metallic, transparent conductive, anti reflective, dielectric and custom coatings. Transparent, electrically conductive coatings are commonly used for LCD electrodes, heater windows, touch screens and EMI/RFI shielding windows. We can produce indium tin oxide (ITO) coatings and index matched (IMITO) coatings at great precision and in high volumes. Our lithography process also enables the efficient application of ITO and IMITO coatings for wafer level processing. Opto-mechanical assemblies integrate OTF components into sub-assemblies and final systems. Opto-mechanical assemblies range from low-volume, highly specialized applications for military and aerospace, to high volume, consumer electronic sub-systems. OTF can provide assembly services based on in-house designs or serve as a build-to-print partner for any size project.
