Oil Free Vacuum Pump cum Air Compressor, Portable is a diaphragm type, oil free, portable vacuum pump, suitable for solvent filtration kit for HPCL and for evacuable KBr die for IR spectroscopy. The features include: requires no lubrication, noiseless, portable, oil-free construction, practically maintenance free, all parts made from special graded aluminum die cast material for light weight and good strength. The diaphragms are made of special 2-ply nylon reinforced neoprene rubber. It also includes built-in micro suction fitter, extra large bearings for trouble-free and smooth running. The availability of the pumps include: single as well as 3-phase motors, flame proof motor (Model TID45-FM), 12/24/48 V DC (model TID15-DC- 1500), chemical resistive parts (PP, Teflon contact parts), CRP suffixed models, SS 316 contact parts, pumps available in 110 V AC motors and pumps available for gas charging in ACs (Model TID25-AX), which are ideally suitable for original equipment manufacturers. Pumps with capacities ranging from 15 ltr/min to 75 ltr/min, single stage/double stage, oil seal, rotary, high vacuum pumps and single stage mono-block vacuum pumps are also available.
