Profile: Om Industries manufactures centerless grinding machines. The machines are used for the production of bearing races, needle rollers, auto -sleeves & parts, engine valves, valve guides, drills, punches, surgical instruments, long bright bars, fasteners and bushes. The grinding wheel head spindle is made of nickle chrome steel which is duly hardened, ground & lapped. The spindle runs in adjustable phosphorous bronze bush bearings. Automatic lubrication is carried out by an oil splashing system. Our standard equipments include electrical motors, electrical control panel box, coolant tank with pump, grinding & regulating wheels fitted, work blade (simple), hydraulic dressing attachments fitted with two diamond dressers and G. W. flange puller.
