Our standardized teleoperation system and standardized robotic system features instantaneous mode change where the remote vehicle operating mode can be changed from remote mode (teleoperated or autonomous) to manual mode(human-operated) by flipping a single switch in the vehicle. It is programmed in Ada, allowing rapid military fielding of the design. If other software language interfaces are desired, the controller area network (CAN) interface has alternate drivers available for C, C++, and other languages.
