Onload bypass switch is designed to customers specific need in IT industries and sites where UPS and servo stabiliser provides main source of supply. Curren ratings range from 63-1800 A, 4 pole suitable for AC23A utilisation category. This bypass switch complies with IEC 60947l&3/IS/13947-1&3. The switch is operated manually with single handle comfortably. It provides three stable positions: O - loads are open circuited; I - loads are connected to the stabilized supply; and II - loads are connected to the normal supply. Auxiliary contact (early break type) 1N0 + INC or 2N0 + 2NC is available. When by-pass switch is selected at position 'O', all the contacts of three isolator are open circuited and provide total isolation. At position 'I', both isolator I & III are closed and stabilised supply is connected to the load. At position 11, only isolator II is closed and isolators I & II are open thus by passing UPS and connecting normal supply directly to load.
