Description: On-line UPS system provides clean uninterrupted power supply and the best protection to computers and sensitive electronic equipments from spikes, surges, voltage fluctuations and other aberrations. UPS system in the range of 500 VA to 3 kVA gives pure sinusoidal output waveform and the digitally processed sine weighted PWM switching facilities high performance. The IGBT (insulate gate bipolar transistor) range provides from 3 kVA to 50 kVA. IGBT is the advanced technology for very high frequencies and high current carrying capacities. The compact control circuits and high frequency PWM (pulse with modulation) technology ensure lower switching losses resulting in greater efficiency. On-line UPS consists of a float cum boost charger which increases the battery life. High priority given on quality - components used in the system conform to IS standards as a minimum prerequisite. All electronic assemblies are tested on full load at 55°C for 48 hours to minimise failures. The maintenance is made easier as the components are easily accessible from all 4 sides and top and all control wirings are easily identified. An efficiency of 85% is achieved by using high quality lamination and copper wires. High frequency online UPS, line interactive UPS, switch mode power supplies, battery backup power supplies, converters as well as battery chargers are also available.
