Profile: Onistone Concrete Design is a supplier of concrete coverings and solutions. Our concrete tiles are manufactured using finest raw materials that pass through rigorous quality control. Our concrete slabs are cast into special mold. The molds provide the look and texture of the tile surface. The mixture is vibrated to very high frequency, eliminating air bubbles and gravitating the finest particles to the bottom. Slabs are then allowed to cure naturally under a controlled environment. After demolded manually, each slab is then cut to size using multi-head cutting machines which give all tiles its geometric precision. This process allows us to offer an excellent product with an outstanding look and other important features. Our concrete tiles can adapt to any climate. Our concrete tiles also adapt to different tastes and styles, to big & small areas, to classical/contemporary trends, to residential/commercial areas, to floor coverings/wall cladding. Our packing materials meet international standards and those are designed to protect each piece from our warehouse up to the installation site overseas. Tiles are placed inside the crate face to face and in groups of ten separated by polifoam cushioning. A thin polifoam film is placed in between tile faces to prevent the surface from being scratched.
