This capability allows the user to verify critical dimensions on first articles, production samples, or entire runs. Our InnerVision XA is the X-ray measuring machine. It measures and reports the positions of internal features such as coupon pads on inner layers of multi-layer printed circuit boards, and other such encapsulated or laminated features. Our large format X-ray measurement solution offers 50" x 36" of travel in a more accurate split axis configuration.
