Optical System
Description: Ooptical system for atomisation of process consists of a transmitter, receiver and control unit. The range can be up to 5 to 10 metres. Any object passing through the transmitter and receiver arrangement can be detected. The control unit has facility of sensitivity adjustment with which the sensitivity for transparent or opaque object can be set. The relay's T1 and T2 are also provided on control unit eliminating requirement of external timers. The unit is available in 24 V DC/110 V AC/230 V AC supply, and relay change over output with contacts rated for 5 A @ 230 V AC. The sensors can be housed in the required size and shape.
