Profile: P T I Machining, Inc. has a full complement of both CNC swiss & swiss Cam-drive automatic screw machines, both bar-fed & coil-fed, allowing us to produce short-run prototypes, as well as long running parts. Our CNC machines have upto 12 axes of control which yield the ability to make very complex parts complete on the primary machine, therby eliminating the need for secondary operations. When necessary, our secondary department can do machining (drill, mill, slot, grind, thread) or finishing operation (plate, heat treat) required to complete the part. We also maintain, repair and/or rebuild our equipment.
