Plow mixing offers a unique action created by the movement and geometry of the industrial mixing elements, which produce a thorough but gentle intermingling of the mix materials in a mechanically fluidized bed. The mixing elements are arranged at engineered intervals on the mixer shaft, and their size, number, arrangement, geometric shape, and peripheral speed force the product into both axial and radial motion. Our units feature high-speed blending choppers that enhance mixing by controlling particle size and trace or liquid ingredient dispersion.
