Wood material is first processed and cut in different lengths and sizes that correspond to specific pallets, and it is successfully assembled using nails. The wood is then marked, screwed, drilled, stenciled, notched, banded, chamfered or shock absorption-enhanced, for those clients who order customized pallets.
