Profile: Palmer Primer designs & manufactures timber & MDF coating machines including the BC3 brush coater, the VC4 vacuum coater, and the combined vacuum coating/drying system for use by the timber trade to apply a coat of primer, paint, stain or clear lacquer onto MDF board & timber moldings. Brush coater has been designed specifically to suit the needs of timber merchants, timber importers, joinery manufacturers & mobile priming services & timber coaters. This brush coater is a semi-portable electric motor driven timber coating machine, although similar in design to the original brush coating machine. The jets used for deluging the timber have been modified to apply a more even coating of paint primer whilst reducing the chance of blocking.
