Profile: Panalytical specializes in offering X-ray analysis systems. The Epsilon 5 is a fully integrated X-ray analysis system, combining energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, with instrument control and analysis software. The microfocus tube is available in 60 kV, 90 kV and 160 kV versions. Spot sizes range from 10 to 50 μm. Tubes are supplied with a dedicated 19 inch rack high voltage generator.
