Profile: Panel Projects Ltd manufactures industrial and commercial laminated composite panels. Our panel cores include PIR, aluminum honeycomb, mineral fibre and other cores. Aluminium honeycomb is a lightweight core material offering strength and corrosion resistance for industrial applications. The core is manufactured from aluminium alloy foil, which is available in a number of different grades. These panels can be used for a myriad of applications including walls, ceilings, floors, shelving, counter tops, platforms and many more. Clean room applications span all classes of environmental cleanliness - from dust free semi-conductor to microbe free pharmaceutical. White food safe laminate (WFS) has a 120 micron PVC coating applied to a galvanised substrate. It should be specified for use within all food processing and cleanroom environments. It does not promote the growth of bacteria and with regular cleaning down procedures offers a food safe finish as required for these environments.
