Paper Cup Forming Machine

Description: Paper cup making machine is suitable for shaping paper cups of different sizes ranging from 50 ml to 330 ml. Punched pieces of poly-coated papers are fed into the machine which shapes the desired cups. Equipped with PLC and VF drive, the machine automatically performs functions like paper feeding, sealing, bottom punching, bottom fixing, top curling and cup releasing. Forty to fifty cups can be made per minute. The machine's mould assembly can, easily be replaced within 30 minutes to produce another size of cup. The machine is designed to withstand 24 hours of non-stop operation for uninterrupted production.
