Profile: Patel Alloy Steel (P) Ltd. is a manufacturer & exporter of graded cast iron and spheroidal (nodular) graphite iron (SGI) castings. We are an ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 certified company. We also fabricae cast components for wind turbine. Our pattern shop is equipped with the necessary tooling to make, handle and repair patterns. Our machine shop is equipped with a number of CNC machines from different suppliers. Foundry units are equipped with induction furnaces of sizes 3 tons, 5 tons, 10 tons & 15 tons sizes & are flameless, nonpolluting and environment friendly. The foundry unit focuses on molding, melting, fettling, heat treatment, cleaning and pre machining of the components.
