Profile: Peabody Scientific provides ion beam equipment. We offer different beam line components such as extraction and acceleration gaps, einzel lens, E*B mass analyzer, electrostatic beam steerers and deflectors & water cooling systems. Our einzel lens is a three element cylindrical electrode lens housed with entrance and exit flanges. The lens elements are 2.5 inches in diameter and the lens can focus beams with energies up to 30 kev. Our E*B mass analyzer is a crossed field mass analyzer used to separate different masses present in an ion beam. It utilizes magnet and variable voltages applied to parallel plates located between the magnetic poles.
