Cuperol is our water based, oil free, graphite loaded liquid lubricant supplied for use in various applications. It is used for the lubrication of bearings, surfaces, and chains in curing ovens and conveyor systems where equipment operates at slow speeds, and where high ambient temperatures are a contingent problem. Our Emulsion PS18 is a blend of silicones and wax emulsions specifically developed to provide improved levels of gloss and anti-static effect in heat set web offset printing, particularly on low quality papers. The product re-texturizes the paper web, reducing marking and rubbing effect on the printed page. It is specially formulated to allow its use on high speed presses without accumulation of wax deposits on guides and rollers. It is dosed to clean water feeding the applicator rollers following the chilling/set stage of printing. Dosage rate will depend upon ink quality, paper type, and print speed.
