Profile: Phoenix Oil Heater is mainly involved in offering oil heaters, burners, and controls. The forced draft burners used on double helical coil units & the atmospheric burners on straight tube units are selected to provide the required input for the fuel(s) to be used. Temperature controller modulates the burner to match the heat demand of the users. The temperature controller switches the burner 'off' and 'on' when the heat demand is below the turndown of the burner. The standard burner provides a turndown in the range of 4 to 1. Higher turndowns are available depending on the unit size, fuel, and fuel pressure available. A second temperature controller monitors the fluid temperature and shuts the burner down if the fluid temperature gets too high. A third temperature controller can monitor the stack temperature and shut the unit down if the stack temperature gets too high.
