The Pick-n-Place equipment and special purpose machines are designed, manufactured, assembled, installed and maintained by Dimensions Engineering Technologies as per customer requirements. Specifications: The machine can hold a payload up to 100 kg. Axis specification: The X-axis has a stroke of 4000 mm, the Y-axis has a stroke of 1500 mm and the Z-axis has a stroke of 1500 mm. The R-axis has the rotation range of ±180°. The drive along the axes X, Y, Z and R is servo/pneumatic. The maximum speed along the X-axis is1.0 m/s, along the Y-axis is 1.0 m/s, along the Z-axis is 1.0 m/s and along the R-axis, it is 180°/s. The repeatability along the X-axis is 0.025mm, Y-axis is 0.025 mm, Z-axis is 0.025mm and along the R-axis, the repeatablility is 0.005°. The gripper is pneumatic/vacuum/magnetic and the bowl feeder/conveyor acts as a feeding mechanism. Applications: loading and unloading of job on CNC/VMC/press/gear making machine, lifting from assembly line and stacking, for process automation and pick and place at machine tools making automobile components.
