Description: PID Controller, 2500 series is a high performance controller suitable for melt pressure control and also for tension control application. It is equipped with 2 PID loops in one controller and four relay outputs. It can be optionally provided with extra digital outputs. It is provided with a display of 5 digits with 1, 00,000 resolution. The controller supports distinct math functions typically necessary for differential pressure control. Two isolated analogue outputs are also available for control. It is possible to connect 2 melt pressure transducers and one melt pressure transmitter to a single unit, which can be used for setting the melt pressure and also the filter change indication. These PID controllers are used in applications that include: pressure control on extrusion and injection press lines for plastics; screen changer application; differential pressure control; strength control on textile, paper, plastic film production lines; and tension control on winding stations.
