Our products include laser microgage 2D, laser microgage 2D spindle alignment kit, 4D microgage receiver, roll mount plate and microgage 2D transparent receiver. Our microgage 2D can be used in industrial alignment and measuring needs. Each receiver measures in two axial directions (X & Y) and we can have up to 4 separate receivers connected to the microgage 2D. Our roll mount is developed for precision alignment and measuring. We offer mounts with magnetic bases to fit in steel or other ferrous metal machinery components and mounts with profiled surfaces for machinery & equipment. Our 4D microgage receiver measures two linear axes X and Y and their two angular components yaw & pitch. The microgage receiver is ideal for aligning lathes, turning centers, spindles as well as moving linear slides, rams and pistons, injection molding machinery & moving mechanical sub-assemblies.
