The pipe coatings are available in different types: external 3-layer polyethylene (3LPE)/polypropylene systems (3LPP); single and dual layer fusion bonded epoxy (FBE/DFBE); coal tar enamel (CTE); and internal epoxy coating (flow coat- also solvent free for potable water). These pipe coatings are most suitable for external corrosion and mechanical protection of onshore and offshore pipelines.
