Our system is the re-design of what once was a gravity feed system. while these systems are normally effective. The DC pumping system where water is stored in a garage or shed, then using DC surface pumps to provide pressure can reduce the amount of power consumed greatly. This system went from using 1800 watts to just 150 watts for well pump and pressure pump systems combined. These systems are DC, they do not require power supplied from the inverter. Our electrical power system model 2E is power packed. It is equipped with a bank of GNB Absolyte IIP sealed batteries (48vdc) with a system rating of 11,000 watts continuous power and over 75,000 watts of storage. The water system is pump & storage using a Grundfos SQ-Flex well pump (280 watts) providing up to 5gpm to the storage tanks. The pressure system includes a Sun Pumps SCB-6-40P/24 booster pump. The tank holds 300 gallons of water.
