Our alpha series of recycling extruders is based around a design dual diameter SST reprocessing screw. The geometry of the screw has been engineered to give high output and minimise process dwell time. It is designed to accept material directly into the SST screw and is particularly suited to reprocessing continuous trim and off-spec reel scrap. It has features like simple operation, small footprint, high operational reliability, high kg/kw output and high bulk density granule with minimal thermal degradation.
