Profile: Plasti-Co Equipment Co. offers a wide variety of materials, from standard nickel/boron bimetallic to the ultra high abrasion resistant tungsten carbide. We manufacture new barrels with heat treated tool steel liners like D-2, M-2, A-11, CPM materials from crucible steel or Plasti-Co's PX 900 high vanadium tool steel. We are equipped to build screws from as small as 0.700" OD (18 MM) up to 8.00" OD (200 MM), in lengths up to 256.0" long. We also offer a number of static mixing nozzle sizes and types.
