Description: Plastic bag/pouch making system is an intelligent stepper motor controller system for cut-to-length application to meet very high quality standards. It is indigenously developed by a team of dedicated engineers, to stand the harsh environment and operational conditions of the Indian industry. The stepper motor is being used since last many years for cut-to length applications for plastic bag/pouch making machine. The main advantage has been low cost and low maintenance of the motor and overall system. Some of the features are industrial grade aluminium housing; smallest possible size of the unit, compact and efficient nature as well as eight inputs and eight outputs for convenient machine interface. All inputs and outputs are optically isolated for better safety and reliability of the controller; and pulse width modulation (PWM) drive with short circuit protection and over temperature protection.
