Description: El-Ci-Ar range of plastic film capacitor, Model KPF is offered. This new range of polypropylene film capacitors is meant for severe AC applications and for power electronics. KPF are custom designed capacitors for induction heating applications as tank capacitors in frequency tuning circuits. These are non-inductively wound polypropylene capacitors with aluminium foil electrode, vacuum impregnated elements; and radial leads encased in plastic/bakelite boxes, resin sealed. Specifications: capacitance range - 5 µF to 10 µF; voltage range - 300 V-, 600V-; current rating - 10 A to 80 A; and frequency rating - 10 kHz to 25 kHz.
