We offer a wide range of hobbing machines to cut spur and helical gears splines & worm wheels, cluster gears, and steering pinions. We can offer a range of gear grinding machines to grind either internal or external spur or helical gears, worms, rotors, and other screw type components. Up to workpiece diameters of 500 mm, the machines can use either ceramic dressable grinding wheels, or dedicated CBN plated wheels. Machines are available to perform profile grinding, shave grinding by tooth by tooth indexing, or continuous generative grinding using profiled CBN or ceramic worm grinding tools.
