Digital Preheating Plates enables electronic assemblies to be preheated from the bottom. It is equipped with 3 infrared lamps for fast and accurate heat up. The heating plate heats up the component from below to the correct temperature. The temperature can be regulated with the use of an optional external sensor.

Electrogalvanized ultra high strength steels are cold-rolled steel sheets, heat treated in a continuous annealing line and finally electrogalvanized. The steel sheet is supplied with zinc coating with appropriate post-treatment such as phosphating, chromating or oiling. Female Connecting Plate is a hot dip galvanized plate. It has MIG welded connecting tabs for maximum strength. The 1/2-inch tabs accommodate 3/4-inch connecting pin. It uses a connecting pin to attach another section. It is used in conjunction with a male connecting plate to create a connection between two boat dock sections.

Floor Plates are made of welded gauges. It has a cable tray built into the plate, and are painted with an abrasion-resistant coating. They are ideal for temporary installations. These are designed to support a uniform load of 200 pounds per square foot with a maximum deflection of 1/4″.
