Pneumatic Press
Pneumatic press are used practically in all type of industrial settings. Some common applications of a pneumatic press are pressing, compacting, blanking, extruding, marking, cupping, peening, deep drawing, flaring, punching, rivetting, notching and cutting. Pressing tonnage ranges from 50 kg to 5 tonnes. Type of frames used are C-frame, single pillar, 2-pillar and 4-pillar. Ttype of press includes conventional, tandem, impact, and toggle. Any type of base plate construction including T-slot, plain holes, threaded holes can be provided. Manual, pneumatic, electronic or electro-pneumatic controls can be provided for operation of the press. Pneumatic press consists of ram non-rotation arrangement, timers, counters and limit/proximity switches.
