Pneumatic roll marking machine, model EF-75 is a product offered by M&S Technosales. Features: easy to operate, automatic compensation for variation in workpiece diameters, rigidly fabricated, reinforced steel frame, stress relieved, can mark round workpieces up to 100 mm diameter, open hack permits marking of long bars, serial numbers can be marked with automatic indexing, can mark up to 4 lines of 2 mm characters or 2 lines of 3 mm and 4 mm characters. With ample daylight, extensive use of fixtures and tooling for almost all shapes and sizes of components can be fixed. It has a pneumatic cylinder that operates table and marking die slide. The table pressure controls the depth of mark ensuring uniform depth. There is a master tool-pedal control for operating table and die side cylinders in proper sequence and the die slide moves on hardened plate with rollers for precision and long life. Components that can be marked include; shock absorbers, flanges, elbows, bends, mortarbarrels, gears, fuses, pistons, couplings, railroad hearings, shells, axles, propeller shafts, rock drills, magneto and lock body. Specifications: It has a marking capacity (in mild steel) of 2 lines of 6 mm, 4 mm, 3 mm characters, a die slide stroke of 75 mm, daylight of 180 mm and the cycle time of 5 seconds for full stroke. The table size measures 200 x 250 mm and the table rises to 7 mm pneumatically and to 70 mm by hand wheel. It has a floor area of 1000 x 1000 mm, height of 700 mm and a net weight of 500 kg.
