Evercrete deep penetrating sealer (DPS) is an environmental friendly, non-toxic, non-flammable, water based material which can be used to waterproof, preserve, and enhance the life of concrete/cement surfaces. Evercrete DPS is applied on concrete with a low pressure garden spray, and penetrates the concrete up to a depth of 20-30 mm by chemically reacting with the free lime in the concrete. DPS penetrates the concrete and becomes a part of the concrete. It is a one time treatment, and does not require re-coating. It can be used on the negative side for waterproofing. Evercrete top seal is a water based, clear, non-glossy water repellent that has the ability to extend the lifetime of various natural stones. It protects them against the elements that they are subjected to on a daily basis. Top seal is a one coat application which seals & waterproofs these surfaces, and prevents the growth of fungus, algae, and mold.
