The ANULON-92 polypropylene possesses the most valuable property, which is its versatility. It can be tailored to many fabrication methods, such as welding, machining, bonding and thermoforming for a wide range of applications in chemical process pollution control, effluent handling equipment, food and beverage industries, to a name a few. Due to its typical features, such as the lowest specific weight, high tolerance to impact and abrasion, excellent chemical resistance at elevated temperatures, UV resistance, non-adherence, non-toxic and moderate cost, ANULON-92 is an ideal material. The ANULON-92GL (glass lined) sheets retain the general characteristics of polypropylene. When laminated with woven polypropylene and fire glass fabric on one side, it is used for lining of tanks and vessels and for reinforcement with FRP. Typical applications include: tank linings, pickling tanks, covers, ducts, scrubbers, fume absorbers, cutting boards and flush drain covers. Polypropylene PVDF lined ball valves range from 25 NB up to 150 NB conforming to BS, DN, ASA-150, 3Pc ball valves with various elastomer and Teflon (PTFE) body gasket, metal inserted stem, handle and stopper available in sizes from 15 to 150 DN, with pressure rating of 10 kg/cm2, diaphragm valves with deep seat allowing maximum flow and excellent throttling characteristics, available with neoprene, EPDM, hyplon, butyl, PTFE coated and pure PTFE diaphragms, hydro tested at 10 kg/cm2, sizes: 15 to 100 DN, butterfly valves wetted parts of PP/PVDF and elastomer compatible with the fluid suitable for flow in either direction, seals in both directions and can be installed either vertically or horizontally available in sizes 100, 150 and 200 DN with 10 kg/cm2, pressure ratings. Ball check valve - 25 to 150 DN with pressure ratings 10 kg/cm2, foot valves and sight glass valves are used for handling highly corrosive fluids.
