Description: Tough Guard 5000 Series Polyurea Coating is two component fast cured aromatic 100% solids, no volatile organic compound polyurea elastromeric coating. It is designed to provide excellent resistance to abrasion, corrosion and many chemicals including selected hydrocarbon solvents. It can be applied as stippled finish. It is an ideal coating for concrete restoration and water proofing application. It is very high dry and wet abrasion resistance (5 times more than Epoxies and 17 times better than uncoated concrete). It dries within seconds and has a life span of over 10 years. It has excellent adhesion with variety of substrates like blasted steel, concrete, aluminium, EPS, wood, POP and plastics with appropriate primer. It is used for applications like power and infrastructural projects, industrial structures, floors, reservoirs, automotive, transport, marine/hydro, irrigation projects and dams/amusement and theme parks.
